Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $99, excluding certain remote areas.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Porcelaire products. If anything in your order arrives damaged, send us a picture of the damaged goods to support@porcelaire.com and we'll send you a replacement or refund right away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchanges cannot be processed either online or by mail. You may return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order, original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you need assistance, email us at support@porcelaire.com.
