Can I cancel or change my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as it's placed. If you need to cancel or make changes, email us at support@porcelaire.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your full name and order number. If your order has not been processed for shipping, we’ll do our best to help!

What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • To start a return, email support@porcelaire.com
  • Returns under $100 will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
  • Returns of $100 or more will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, a reshipping fee will be charged before resending or refunding.
  • We can only accept returns for purchases made directly on www.porcelaire.com.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

An item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're so sorry! Please email support@porcelaire.com with your order number, full name, and clear photos of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Including transit and banking time, please allow up to 4 weeks to see the refund reflected in your account.

What happens if my package is lost?

If a package is not delivered within 60 days, and you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, we’ll issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days after the delivery window has passed.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Some countries may apply VAT, duties, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We cannot estimate these charges, as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
  • If a package is rejected due to unpaid customs, we do not refund shipping fees.
  • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
