We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We're so sorry! Please email support@porcelaire.com with your order number, full name, and clear photos of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Including transit and banking time, please allow up to 4 weeks to see the refund reflected in your account.
If a package is not delivered within 60 days, and you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, we’ll issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days after the delivery window has passed.
